Rolling Stones Tour Manager Mick Brigden has apparently recently died in a freak accident while digging a grave for his beloved dog.
A legend in the music industry, Mick Brigden’s work included tour manager for Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. According to news sources Mick’s wife, Julia Dreyer Brigden, says her husband was digging a grave for their dog at their home in Santa Rosa, CA when he suffered a medical emergency and was rushed to a hospital, where he died. While most would have guessed a heart attack or other means it turns out much weirder than that . . .
Julia reports that while Mick was digging a grave for their dying dog in a lower field on their property in Santa Rosa, CA something happened and the hole collapsed in on him. She says it was a crazy accident and he died immediately. There’s no doubt this story sounds a little conspicuous but stranger things have happened.
