Time Magazine has announced their choice for “Entertainer of the Year” . . . BTS! They are not just the latest “big thing” in K-Pop, they have become the biggest music sensation in recent memory. Even amid the Pandemic, they have managed to not only survive but thrive.
BTS came onto the scene in 2010; a group of seven who not only have songs and moves but a message at the same time. Their music reflects a journey of self-awareness, growth, and discovery. They contribute to their music in both content and production.
BTS is breaking all kinds of barriers, setting all kinds of records. In addition to the Time Magazine honor, they have earned their first Grammy nomination for their hit song “Dynamite”, nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance alongside Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, and Bon Iver and Justin Bieber and Quavo.
