Super group BTS is continuing to dominate the music charts. The song “Butter” first debuted at the top spot and continued to stay there for seven consecutive weeks. Then the band one upped themselves by replacing one song with another “Permission to Dance” took over the #1 spot for one week, after which “Butter” came back into the highest position of the chart for two more weeks.
The song has a very impressive record of a ten week-long reign as the biggest song in the U.S. “Butter” has also topped the “Songs of Summer” chart for eleven straight weeks making it the indisputable title holder as the summer anthem of 2021.
