A$AP Rocky just reminded everyone why he’s one of the most electrifying performers in hip-hop.
At Rolling Loud California 2025, the Harlem-bred rap kingpin didn’t just walk onto the stage like a mere mortal—nah, Rocky descended from a freakin’ helicopter, giving his performance the kind of high-stakes, action-movie energy that most rappers can only dream of.
As the black chopper hovered over the packed-out crowd at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA, Rocky performed an unreleased track rumored to be called “All Black (Stole Ya Flow),” before being lowered onto the stage like some sort of rap deity. The track first surfaced at Rolling Loud Miami 2023, but this time, the hype was at an all-time high.
A$AP Rocky’s Setlist Was Straight Heat
Once his feet hit the ground, Rocky went full throttle with a high-energy set stacked with fan-favorite bangers:
“A$AP Forever”
“RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n)”
“Tailor Swif”
Unreleased Metro Boomin-produced track “Your Honor”
And if that wasn’t enough, Skepta popped up for a surprise performance of their 2018 anthem “Praise the Lord (Da Shine)”, shaking the festival grounds with UK-meets-NYC fire.
Rihanna in the Crowd, A$AP Rocky Back in the Spotlight
The night was a big one for Rocky—not just musically, but symbolically. This marked his first major performance since beating the felony assault charges that had been hanging over his head. A quick video montage during his set gave a subtle nod to the legal saga, but make no mistake, this was all about the music.
And of course, Rihanna was there cheering him on, proving once again that she’s got her man’s back, whether he’s dropping an album or dropping out of a helicopter.
Rolling Loud 2025 Was Stacked with Heavyweights
Rocky wasn’t the only one bringing the heat. Saturday night’s lineup also featured YG, Sexyy Red, Peso Pluma, and BossMan Dlow, while Sunday’s grand finale is set to include Playboi Carti, Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and Quavo—because, let’s be real, Rolling Loud doesn’t do anything halfway.
Where’s Don’t Be Dumb Already?!
While Rocky keeps fans on edge waiting for his next album, he gave a little update last month in GQ, saying:
“I’m in the mixing and mastering realm of it… But I think quite frankly, people are tired of hearing about updates about the album. They’re just ready to get this s—, you know what I’m saying?”
Translation? He knows the fans are done waiting. And after a night like this, the demand for Don’t Be Dumb just shot through the roof.
